Most of you have probably noticed a new contributor on this website. His name is Sebastián and he already wrote a couple of great articles. To name a few: Personal Solutions For Push E-Mail On The E50, Why Your Battery Doesn’t Last Long And What To Do About It or the latest one on how to keep your data safe. You’ll see more articles from him so if you don’t want to miss any of that I suggest you subscribe to the Nokia E50 website right now.
Before I let him introduce himself, I’ll just add that I’m very happy and excited to have him in the team! Now, here is a small introduction from Sebastián:
I’m 25 years old, and I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’m an enthusiast for technology in general, and for mobile phones since I had my first cell phone, a Nokia 5120, an old TDMA phone. When I think about mobile communications, I am amazed with its evolution and try to know everything that is involved with it, from aspects of the user interface on a specific device, through different mobile phone platforms, to aspects related to the communications framework, for example, GSM modulation and encryption algorithms.
With regard to my mobile phone personal history, I have had other brands – namely Ericsson, Motorola, Siemens – but none of them were as trusty as any Nokia I’ve had (5120, 1100, 3100, 3120 and E50). My current E50 represents my return to Nokia phones, after a short recess with Siemens, and it’s my first serious smartphone. I’m quite happy with it, despite its small drawbacks. The excellent build quality, the overall balance between pros and cons, the size and classic aspect, the fact that it’s a voice-centric device resembles to me my first Nokia phone: just a simple brick that simply works. I agree with Jaro… Nokia is doing a good work connecting people, and it makes me really happy to be on board of NokiaE50.info.

Welcome Sebastián!!
Seems that you are here, in the blogging scene, to stay. Any plans to change the URL of this blog to something that could stay relevant and enticing for a longer time?
